Take an hour for yourself and treat your body, mind, and soul to a nourishing yoga session. Every day, our energy is pulled outward—toward places, people, and responsibilities. Breath is your guide—it helps you ground yourself and reconnect within. That’s why my Hatha yoga sessions always include breathing techniques (Pranayama) and elements from Kundalini yoga.

Breathwork

Connected breathing is a powerful and beautiful method for activating the body’s self-healing abilities. Through deep, continuous breath, your system is flooded with oxygen, leaving you physically refreshed and full of energy. In different phases of the session, you breathe through suppressed emotions and inner blockages, gradually returning to your center. This practice helps you reconnect with yourself, your emotions, and your true essence. My breathwork sessions are based on the holistic approach developed by Dr. Christina Kessler (Kessler Breathwork / Amo Breathwork).

Breath & See Clear - Workshop 26/10/2025

Full-day Workshop with Hatha-/Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork

Amid daily life, conscious breathing often gets forgotten. Yet mindful breath not only renews your energy, it also brings clarity to your challenges.
In my full-day workshop "Breathe Deep, See Clearly" you will learn to direct the breath intentionally, release blocks, and deepen bodily awareness. Through powerful Kundalini yoga and intensive breathwork you free yourself from emotional burdens and return to inner clarity; during the day you’ll practice breathing techniques both seated and in movement that are easy to integrate into everyday life.

Breathwork session

My breathwork sessions are a holistic form of consciously connected breathing that you can experience either individually or in a group (approx. 60 min with carefully selected music).
During the session, you enrich your body with oxygen, stimulate self-healing capacities and dissolve energetic blockages. Old emotions and physical tensions may surface so they can be felt and transformed in a protected, held space.
Whether lying down, sitting or moving gently, you find connection to yourself and bring emotions and energy into flow.
The mindful alternation between quiet presence and supportive impulses guides you deeply into your personal process. I accompany you with empathy and intuition through every phase of your breath journey so you return to everyday life feeling stronger, clearer and deeply connected to yourself and others.

Private Yoga Session

◦ Did you never try yoga before and you´d like to try it, but don't have
   the courage to go to an open class?
◦ Would you like to do online yoga, but you can't bring yourself to do
   it regularly? Or are you practicing online yoga and you wonder if
   you`re doing the poses right, i.e. if your alignment is right?
◦ Would you like to work on a specific topic, e.g. physical tension or
   energetic blockages?
◦ Would you like to have an individual sequence for yourself,
   e.g. a 20-minute morning sequence specially tailored to you?

→ After a needs analysis, I will put together individual lessons for you. Depending on your needs, these lessons are structured with asanas from Hatha/Hatha-Flow Yoga or Kriyas (exercise sequences) from Kundalini Yoga.

Breathwalk

During a Breathwalk you are out and about in nature while breathing with conscious connected breath. While moving mindfully, you can feel your body, feel yourself and you can reconnect with yourself, with your inner core. The connected breathing supplies your body with new energy, gets you moving internally while you move (slowly) externally: it can show what's going on with you at the moment, what needs to be worked on.

Nature forms the framework, the space and can therefore support your process: a slope to overcome, a barren valley, a place with a view. I choose the path for the breathwalk in advance with care in order to be able to support your process as best as possible.
At the same time, nature is always a mirror: as a mirror of your soul, it can help you look within and (re)connect with your inner being.

A breath walk can help you renew and (re-)align this intensive experience of nature on the way to self-healing
